A great year for Maio’s carnival despite a sun hidden all over Cape Verde by the “bruma secca”. Full of colors and children small and large costumed at will. Animated floats to punctuate the parade on Amilcar Cabral street.
A nice musical atmosphere with a few stands of sweets, skewers, love apples, burgers and drinks. Significant participation from across the island and beyond. A great success to be repeated next year.
